Southern Sand stays committed to growing the sport of juniors beach volleyball by continuing to offer high quality training while continuing to maintain our program cost. We were the first to offer a juniors beach club in the Triangle area and proud of the family environment we have created, and when comparing programs we ask that you consider – Number of practices offered per week? Conditioning included? Number of tournaments where coaching will be provided throughout the event? How many travel events? Is there training beyond volleyball and conditioning? … and even with all those advantages, we usually end up offering a lower price (training and competition fees combined) with priority access to our 10 court facility.
The prices listed below represent the first month’s payment/deposit for each training program. It is non-refundable. Subsequent payments will be charged on the credit card used on the 1st of each month from Dec through July for year-round programs (or May through July for seasonal programs). For year-round programs the competition package (split up over the remaining months) chosen for the athlete will also be included. It is understood that by paying the deposit you are committing to the entire length of the program and its eventual full payment, barring any severely exceptional cases arise.

Seasonal Program Registration Period (by invitation only):
Until March 31st
- For players 13-18 years old:
- Cross-Training 1X Program (once a week training) – $150/month
- Cross-Training 2X Program (twice a week training) – $250/month.
- Focused Program (attend as much as possible)- $350/month
- For players 12 years old and under (born on/after Sept 1, 2005)
- Cross-Training 1X Program (once a week training) – $125/month
- Cross-Training 2X Program (twice a week training) – $225/month.
- Focused Program (attend as much as possible)- $325/month
- If more than 1 sibling is interested in joining, we offer a 5% off discount for each sibling’s training fees. Contact John to get more details.
- If looking to start out with a less frequent training program and then bump up to the next level, please specify that in the form below.
- Each training program includes coaching at up to 3 SSV hosted tournaments during the April-July seasonal program period. Any potential travel tournaments will be treated separately. Note – fees cover coach pay, meals, travel, lodging, etc. (does not include the tournament registration fee, as that goes to the tournament host).
April 1-30: If space permits, athletes may be added still during this month, subject to a tryout. Program pricing increases by 10%.

Program Requirements:
- Everyone must be a USAV member. If not, sign-up here: http://www.carolinaregionvb.org/registration/ .
