THIS EVENT IS BY INVITATION ONLY. If a team attempts to register without an invitation, their registration will not be accepted.

Check-in at 8AM. Competition starts around 8:30AM.
Finals will be played in late afternoon
DINNER: A buffet style dinner will be provided to those that wish to order (please specify as part of registering below) and served outside during finals (5-7PM) – weather permitting, or inside the Islander if not weather permitting. The meal will consist of Pork BBQ, BBQ chicken, hush puppies, green beans, boiled potatoes, and iced tea (sweet and unsweet). Be sure to specify the quantities of each desired in the below registration form.
- Adult Dinner Cost: $11
- Child Dinner Cost (12 and under): $5.50
PARKING: If you are not staying at the host hotel (The Islander) and need a parking space, we are issuing up to 1 free parking pass PER TEAM ($10 value) that can be used for admittance to the regional ocean access point parking lot. If needed, be sure to select ‘1’ next to the ‘Parking Pass’ entry.
We are intentionally keeping the size of this event to around 60 teams across all divisions. We will be at a single site – the Western Regional Ocean Access Point in Emerald Isle. Full match play will be utilized as much as possible (weather and time dependent).
