Calling all Middle School volleyball players (6th-8th grade)! Join us for some fun in the sand with these OPEN HOUSE dates:
- Monday, September 7 (5:30-7PM)
- Friday, September 25 (5:30-7PM)

Come with or without some school/team mates. Just $10/person. Learn a little about the beach game (2 person vs 2 person) with a clinic followed by games. Players of all levels and experience are welcome. Parents are also welcome to stick around at the beginning to learn more about what Southern Sand programs are offered year-round.
Beach Volleyball can be a great option if you/your player likes the following:
- Being involved in every play
- Being an all-around player (dig, set, and hit!)
- Being outside – running around/diving in the sand (it’s low impact on the joints and bones)
- Being challenged – moving in the sand and covering more area is a great workout too
- To play beach volleyball exclusively or not (many will supplement it with other sports, including indoor volleyball)
Note: If you are or have a high school aged player looking to check things out, you can try a practice instead. Also, if you can’t make any of the above open house events, you can try a practice too. Email Jenny to work out the details.
Registration ends at Noon the day of each open house event.
