Southern Sand Volleyball Complex at Arise Church
Open to girls and boys between ages 8-15 who are looking to get a start to playing beach volleyball. This program is recommended for players with less than a year of previous volleyball experience. Players are welcome to sign-up with friends, but each player must sign-up individually using the below registration form.
Program Notes:
- Camps (3 days each – Monday to Wednesday)
- Each camp is limited in space to ensure a small player-to-coach ratio. Sign up sooner vs. later to secure a spot.
- Each day of the camp is scheduled for 8:30AM-11:00AM. (Note: If extreme heat is forecasted, we will consider shifting the time to 8-10:30AM)
- Each camp will be structured to cover playing the beach game on Days 1 and 2 followed by a Queen of the Beach style tournament event on Day 3
- While we do play rain or shine, if we have thunderstorm activity during the scheduled time necessitating a cancellation of the day’s activities, we may consider a make-up day on the Thursday of the same week or consolidate activities into 2 days.
- Serving Clinics (1 day)
- Also targeted for newer volleyball players
- Offered on July 13 (9am-10:30am).
- Signing up for multiple camps and/or clinics is permitted.
- No additional memberships are necessary to join these programs.
