Payment Terms and Conditions

JUNIOR TRAINING PROGRAMS

First, it’s important to understand that registrations taken at the start of the season, and throughout, determine what resources (court space, coaches, etc.) will be needed to meet the needs of those who have registered and committed to the season. Therefore, we are making commitments based on numbers of athletes, and player cancellations will impact our ability to honor our commitments.

Our programs are broken into seasons:

  • Year Round – November through July (applies to Next Level and Beach Club programs)
  • Seasonal
    • Fall – August through October (applies to all programs)
    • Late Fall/Winter – November through March (applies to Fiesta and Boys programs)
    • Spring/Summer – April through July (applies to Fiesta and Boys programs)

If a player enters a season either at the beginning or after its start, the commitment is through the end of that season (e.g. if joining the Year Round season in January, the commitment is through July). If at registration a request is made to stop one month short (e.g. to go through June with the Year Round season), that will be determined on a case by case basis, and may not trigger an exit fee. However, this must be communicated at registration. Requests for an early exit from our Fall season will not be considered. This policy is applicable to the Year round and Seasonal (Late Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer) programs as they require a longer commitment.

The initial payment/deposit for any program is non-refundable. Subsequent payments, if applicable, will be charged on the credit card used for the initial payment. By paying that deposit you are committing to the entire season and payment of that program, barring any severely exceptional cases (e.g. an injury where a doctor recommends the athlete not continue for a period).

If after the season starts and a player requests to exit the program early, but not for a severely exceptional situation – our policy is as follows. 

A 30-day written notice is required for program exit (e.g., to leave the program on June 1, notice must be given by May 1, and payment for May training will be processed). If there is a waitlist, we will try to fill the vacated slot with another athlete. Upon successful backfilling, we will accommodate an early exit request and apply a $50 administrative fee. If backfilling is not possible, monthly fees will continue until a replacement is found or the season concludes. Please be aware that a 30-day notice does not guarantee immediate release from the program; cessation of charges will occur only after the slot has been filled. Early exits are not permitted during the Fall season.

We don’t want to force anyone to do something they don’t want to do, but as mentioned at the beginning we have our own commitments and we take those very seriously.
